Twenty Four Hundred Model Grand Opening

Twenty Four Hundred Model Grand Opening

On Thursday evening, July 26th, Andrew Brickman, founder of Brickhaus Partners, hosted a grand opening party in the new model home at Twenty Four Hundred, the latest addition to the Brickhaus Collection. The front yard had just been landscaped for the occasion, and red carpets were laid out for the 150 or so guests. An electric bicycle was displayed outside. Andrew is giving two of them to every buyer of a Brickhaus residence.

Drinks and hors d’oeuvres were served, and musical entertainment was provided the trio, Opus 216. A chef from Edwin’s did a cooking demonstration featuring a signature provencal dish from its menu, artichoke a la barigoule. Everyone was invited to leave a business card to be entered in a drawing to win dinner for two at the notable Shaker Square French restaurant. Additionally, on behalf of each guest that evening, Brickhaus is making a contribution to Edwin’s Leadership & Restaurant Institute.

Guests were invited to wander around the 2-level, 3-bedroom townhome, with its open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, huge closets and luxury finishes. The most architecturally striking feature of the residences of Twenty Four Hundred is the unique, covered 2nd floor terrace. Everyone loved it! Its design was the brainchild of architect, Alexandra Yonkov, Brickhaus principal. The model home’s contemporary décor is enhanced by the work of two local artists: painter Patti DiBenedetto Corna and sculptor Alice Kiderman. Both of the ladies were at the party.

Among others in attendance was former Beachwood Mayor, Merle Gorden. He had helped pave the way for the project and congratulated Andrew. Andrew also made remarks thanking his staff and all those in attendance. Great evening!
